Plan to attend our annual meeting to be held June 23rd in Welches, OR
The meeting will be at the Welches Elementary School. Check-in at 11:45, BBQ at noon and meeting starts at 12:45 to 2:00
You need to note that we will not be holding the meeting inside as we did last year. Rain or shine it will be outside.
You will need to bring your own chair or stool for seating.
Please bring a salad or dessert or another of your favorite dishes to share. You should provide your own chairs for outdoor seating for lunch and the meeting.
MHFHA will provide non-alcoholic drinks and hamburgers with all the fixens plus meatless burgers.
